Nicole handles the day to day operations of the firm and supports the firm’s practice as corporate paralegal. Nicole has experience maintaining non-profit organizations, as well as BC and Federal Companies. More specifically, she is responsible for incorporations, name changes, voluntary dissolutions, changes of address, changes to directors, record book reviews, corporate searches, annual maintenance, and transitioning societies to the new Societies Act.
Nicole received her Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Sociology from the University of British Columbia and her diploma in Paralegal Studies from Capilano University. Prior to joining LennonAllen at its inception, she worked for several firms, ranging in size from international to boutique, and spent the first two and a half years of her paralegal career in the field of plaintiff personal injury law.
